Job Description The Staff Pad has partnered with a premier healthcare organization in Stayton, OR, and we are seeking Primary Care Physicians (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine) the hospital’s growing team. This 40-bed independent hospital, located in the heart of Willamette Valley, offers a physician-friendly environment, broad-spectrum practice opportunities, and an exceptional quality of life in an affordable, family-oriented community known for its local cafés, bakeries, boutiques, and outdoor recreation. What You’ll Do As a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine/Internal Medicine) you will deliver comprehensive, continuous care for individuals across a broad range of health needs and conditions (FP physicians - patients of all ages & IM physicians adults ages 18+). The practice emphasizes whole-person care, integrating preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute treatment within a primary care setting. Provide routine wellness exams and preventive care services Conduct screenings and administer immunizations Diagnose and manage chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension Treat acute illnesses and minor injuries Order, interpret, and discuss diagnostic tests and results Deliver comprehensive women’s and men’s health services Support patients’ behavioral health needs Perform minor in-office procedures as needed Provide medication management and patient education Coordinate patient care and facilitate specialist referrals Participate in neonatal call coverage – Family Medicine role specific Maintain accurate documentation and utilize the EMR effectively What You Can Expect Opportunity Highlights Family Medicine A 40-hour work week with 34 patient care hours and 6 professional hours Four clinic days and one dedicated administrative day each week A well-established patient panel ready that is ready for transition Broad outpatient practice including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and minor procedures 1:7 neonatal call rotation Integrated EPIC EMR across the organization Strong interdisciplinary support and collaborative care environment Opportunity to build lasting patient relationships in a close-knit rural community Physician-friendly culture emphasizing continuity of care and work-life balance Internal Medicine / Hospital Medicine Full-time Hospital Medicine position (14 shifts per month) Open ICU (4 bed) with Pulmonology and Virtual ICU support Manageable patient census with APP collaboration Procedures preferred but not required Support from CRNA, Surgery, and Emergency Department teams Integrated EPIC for seamless patient care management Collegial environment with strong specialty support Predictable scheduling and balanced workload Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary wRVU productivity incentive opportunity Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid malpractice coverage, disability and life insurance PTO and CME reimbursement 401(k) with employer contributions Why This Opportunity?
