Relocation assistance provided $150,000 annual salary, distributed weekly Health, dental, and vision coverage from day one What if purposeful play could drive quantifiable gains in early development? Alpha's approach to education breaks from convention. Our PreK offering fuses play-driven curriculum with live developmental tracking — no scripted lessons, no box-checking. You will architect flexible learning experiences spanning all readiness areas, mentor a cohort of Guides to execute them with both rigor and warmth, and monitor concrete milestone attainment for each child under your leadership. This role balances leadership with direct practice. Approximately one-third of your hours will be classroom-facing — demonstrating facilitation, observing in action, conducting alignment reviews. The remainder involves curriculum architecture, targeted coaching of Guides with defined performance metrics, and delivering data-informed family communications. The outcomes are visible: preschoolers reaching benchmarks ahead of schedule, Guides advancing their instructional quality each week, and families who champion the program. Mentor the team. Shape the experience. Submit your application today.
