We're now entering our next phase of growth with Sequence M&A.
We welcome accounting firms into the group across Switzerland and integrate them onto the Sequence platform, combining trusted human expertise with technology, automation and scalable processes. It's a buy-and-build roll-up at the intersection of M&A, operations and technology.
The role
As PMI Manager, you'll sit at the heart of our expansion.
This is a senior, hands-on role.
You'll lead the integration of the first firms to join Sequence from start to finish, design and run a structured 180-day integration plan, coordinate across teams, and build the playbook that lets us scale integrations nationwide.
What you'll do
M&A support and integration readiness
You'll assess the integration readiness of target accounting firm and contribute to operational due diligence, looking at processes, systems, team structure and scalability.
180 day post-merger integration plan
You'll design and execute a structured roadmap across operations, product adoption, branding, HR alignment, compliance and client transition, defining milestones, tracking KPIs and aligning with Swiss regulatory standards.
Build and structure an integrated network
You'll strengthen a network of integrated accounting firms, standardise processes, and act as the operational bridge between entities.
National integration playbook
You'll create and continuously refine a scalable playbook for national expansion, covering onboarding, systems migration, governance and integration checklists.
Cross-functional project leadership
You'll act as PMI lead across Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Tech, driving execution, accountability and clear reporting to leadership.
Your profile
You have done this before in M&A integration or buy-and-build roll-ups within the accounting sector.
5 to 10 years in M&A integration, operational project management, consulting or scaling environments.
Strong grasp of operational processes and systems such as ERP, accounting tools and workflow structuring.
Senior enough to structure projects, manage stakeholders and drive accountability, while staying pragmatic and hands-on.
Comfortable working on-site with accounting firm teams, implementing processes directly when needed.
Experience in cross-functional coordination across Product, Tech, Marketing and Customer Success.
A strong ownership mindset, moving easily between strategic planning and operational delivery.
Fluent in French and English. German is a strong plus.
