As a Portuguese-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to Portuguese-speaking players, ensuring they have the best gaming experience possible. You will work closely with a passionate and innovative team dedicated to player satisfaction and community engagement. Your Key Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate support to Portuguese-speaking players through multiple communication channels, including chat, email, and social media. Investigate, analyze, and resolve player issues with empathy and professionalism. Collect and communicate player feedback to relevant teams to help improve game features and support services. Maintain detailed and precise records of player interactions and support activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and overall player experience. Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base materials. Fluency in Portuguese is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
