As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist, you will monitor digital content and user interactions, identify and mitigate risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold community standards and improve safety protocols. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate user-generated content for compliance with trust and safety policies tailored to Portuguese-speaking users. Respond promptly to safety-related issues and user inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine digital safety strategies. Analyze safety trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. Stay updated on digital safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written), and a high level of English, is essential. You must clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
