As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide high-quality support to Polish-speaking clients, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Support Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing product and service inquiries promptly. Provide accurate information, assist with issue resolution, and manage customer complaints professionally. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about company products, promotions, and industry developments.
