As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and maintains a safe online environment for Polish-speaking users. Key Responsibilities Moderate and review user-generated content in Polish, ensuring compliance with community standards and policies. Accurately classify content and make decisions based on established moderation guidelines. Identify, document, and escalate inappropriate content or violations to relevant teams. Offer insights into content trends and user behavior to support continuous improvement in moderation strategies. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance moderation workflows and processes. Keep up-to-date with company policies and industry best practices in content moderation. Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is advantageous. Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred. High attention to detail with the ability to consistently apply moderation policies. Strong communication skills to clearly convey moderation actions and decisions. Capability to handle sensitive content professionally and ethically. Familiarity with digital platforms and moderation tools is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural and professional environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
