Cultural Expertise: Leverage your native-level understanding of Polish culture, slang, and current trends to provide contextually accurate moderation. Team Collaboration: Work within a high-energy environment to maintain a consistent and secure platform for all users. Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed KPIs related to accuracy and speed to ensure the platform remains a trusted space in real-time. Candidate Profile We are looking for resilient individuals who can handle the complexities of online discourse with a professional mindset. Linguistic Skills: Native or C2-level fluency in Polish, with a minimum of B2-level English. Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Professional Background: Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or social media is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive, fully paid training. Core Mindset: High attention to detail, emotional resilience, and the ability to process sensitive digital content professionally. Availability: Prepared for a 40-hour work week with a rotating shift schedule. Presence: Must be ready to work 100% on-site at our modern Lisbon operations hub. Benefits & Relocation Support We offer a robust package to ensure your transition to Portugal is seamless and rewarding: €1,000 Sign-On Bonus: An extra financial boost to kickstart your journey in Lisbon! Relocation Suite (For International Candidates): A private room in a shared, company-provided apartment in Lisbon. Full reimbursement of your initial flight to Portugal. Hands-on support with local administrative tasks (NIF, Social Security, and banking). Health & Security: Comprehensive private health and life insurance starting from day one. Career Growth: Clear pathways into Senior Moderator, Quality Analyst, or Team Lead roles within our global organization. Office Environment: A multicultural workspace featuring high-spec equipment, social zones, and frequent team-building events. The Lisbon Lifestyle: Experience 300 days of sunshine, Atlantic beaches, and a vibrant social scene in a city with a highly manageable cost of living.
