Maintain detailed records of player interactions in our support systems. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance problem-solving. Contribute to the development and implementation of effective player support strategies. Fluency in Polish is required; proficiency in English is a plus. A strong passion for gaming with an understanding of current gaming trends and communities. Prior experience in customer support or a related gaming position is advantageous but not mandatory.
