Hybrid: 2 days Work from Home 3 days Work from Office Your Profile & DNA: We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer with strong expertise in GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud, and Atlassian tooling administration . Roles & Responsibilities Platform Administration & Engineering Administer and maintain GitHub Enterprise environments. Manage organization and repository governance standards. Configure and enforce branch protection policies and repository security controls. Implement and support GitHub Actions workflows and CI/CD integrations. Support enterprise adoption and rollout of GitHub Copilot. Azure DevOps & Cloud Engineering Manage and support Azure DevOps services including: Azure Repos Azure Pipelines Azure Boards Azure Artifacts Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines. Support Azure cloud platform operations and integrations. Contribute to migration activities from AWS to Azure. Atlassian Platform Support Administer and support Jira and Confluence environments. Collaborate with teams to improve backlog management and workflow processes. Support integrations between development and collaboration tools. Development & Automation Develop automation solutions using Python or C#. Improve operational efficiency through scripting and automation. Build and maintain integrations between tooling platforms. DevOps & Operations Participate in platform support and operational activities. Troubleshoot incidents and performance issues. Ensure platform reliability, security, scalability, and compliance. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and DevOps best practices. Collaboration & Agile Delivery Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, engineers, and stakeholders. Participate in agile ceremonies and product planning activities. Engage in pair programming, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving. Advocate DevOps culture and engineering excellence across the organization. Qualification & Experience A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent. Experience migrating applications and services from AWS to Azure. Experience administering Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence). Knowledge of enterprise software delivery platforms and developer tooling ecosystems. Understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements in enterprise environments. Experience supporting large-scale engineering organizations. GitHub Enterprise Strong experience administering GitHub Enterprise. Repository and organization governance. Branch protection policies. GitHub Actions. GitHub Copilot rollout and adoption support. Azure DevOps & Azure Hands-on experience with: Azure Repos Azure Pipelines Azure Boards Azure Artifacts Strong Azure cloud experience. Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Programming & Automation Development experience using: Python, or C# Experience creating automation and integration solutions in a DevOps environment. DevOps & Agile Experience working within Agile and DevOps teams. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and CI/CD practices. Willingness to perform operational support activities alongside engineering work. What do we offer?
