The Opportunity
- Position: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
- Location: Salinas, CA (Beautiful Monterey County)
- Compensation: $48.00–$55.00 per hour (DOE)
- Incentives: Quarterly Performance-Based Bonuses

- Resident & Family Education: Empower residents and their families by providing instruction on assistive devices and home exercise programs.
- Precise Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely daily notes and progress reports in accordance with California state and facility standards.
