Role Overview We are recruiting for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our client's home health team in Monterey, CA. In this role, you will provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in their homes, helping them improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function. This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid schedule while serving patients throughout the designated service area. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop effective treatment plans based on physician orders Deliver hands-on physical therapy treatments to relieve pain and restore function Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, and prosthetic training Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities Adjust treatment plans as needed based on patient progress and response Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to continue improvement Qualifications Current Physical Therapist license in California Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Minimum of one year of PT experience (home health experience preferred) Current CPR certification Strong assessment and documentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Valid driver's license and insured vehicle in good working condition Ability to work independently while maintaining connection with the healthcare team Benefits Package Competitive hourly rate starting at $70/hour (DOE) $5,000 sign-on bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement/401(k) plan Life insurance Generous paid time off Mileage reimbursement Relocation assistance Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates Ongoing professional development opportunities Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
