To support this trajectory, we are looking for our first People Lead , a strategic and hands-on leader who will build, structure the People function, and help shape Jitterâs organisation, culture, and leadership practices for the long term. âš Our mission. You care deeply about culture, achievement, and engagement â and you believe People is a key driver of company growth trajectory. 8+ years of experience in People / Talent roles within Tech or SaaS environments Strong talent acquisition background, with the ability to hire senior, high-impact profiles at scale A structuring experience in designing and running people playbook & processes Comfortable managing HR tools, contractors, and service providers Fluent in English (French is a plus) Curious, pragmatic, data-savvy, and deeply people-oriented. đ„ What youâll do You are the first People team member to join Jitter as we enter the next phase of our growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, your mission is to own the people function, enabling the companyâs growth while maintaining a high bar for culture, performance, and engagement. Build and lead the People function. Youâll be responsible for defining the People strategy with the CEO, execute it with clear roadmap and structured processes. Hire and scale world-class teams. You act as a bar-raiser in hiring. Youâll design and run a strong hiring engine to support rapid growth. Attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent, coach hiring managers, and ensure a smooth, high-quality candidate experience â all driven by clear data and KPIs. Develop, engage, and retain talent. Youâll create clear growth frameworks so people can learn, perform, and progress at Jitter. Youâll design the whole People journey that will actively nurture a strong, cohesive culture. Run solid People operations. Youâll ensure reliable People Ops foundations as the company scales. Oversee payroll, legal and HR partners, and continuously improve compensation, equity, and compliance frameworks. đ©âđ» What this looks like day to day Partnering closely with founders and managers to shape Jitterâs organization as it scales â defining team structures, leadership roles, and people priorities that support both speed and long-term sustainability. Youâll actively source, interview, and close top-tier candidates, while coaching hiring managers to make confident, high-quality decisions and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
