Pediatrician (Multiple Openings) Onsite | Sacramento, CA HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting seasoned, highly skilled Pediatricians to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this outpatient pediatric care role. This position requires a clinically strong, efficient pediatric provider who can manage a consistent patient volume while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a structured outpatient environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric care across infancy through adolescence Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions Deliver preventative care, wellness exams, and immunizations Maintain efficient patient flow while ensuring high-quality outcomes Conduct a limited number of telehealth visits as part of daily workflow Collaborate with clinical leadership and care teams Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within EMR systems Participate in phone-based call coverage as required Required Qualifications (Highly Important) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Active California medical license Active DEA license Minimum 2+ years outpatient pediatric experience (no new grads considered) Ability to manage 3 patients per hour (20-minute visits) consistently Strong EMR documentation skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship) Stable and consistent employment history Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued) Experience in community health or outpatient pediatric settings Familiarity with Epic EMR Bilingual Spanish proficiency Experience working in high-volume outpatient environments Comfort balancing in-person and telehealth pediatric care HireNow Disqualifiers Jumpy or unstable employment history New graduates without required experience Inability to meet required patient volume expectations No outpatient pediatric experience Lack of EMR proficiency Preference for low-volume or non-clinical roles HireNow Checklist HireNow Staffing is recruiting candidates who align with the following: Board-certified/eligible Pediatrician with active CA license and DEA Minimum 2+ years outpatient pediatric experience Proven ability to manage 3 patients per hour consistently Experience in community health or similar outpatient environments Strong EMR documentation skills (Epic preferred) Comfortable with both in-person and telehealth care delivery Stable employment history demonstrating reliability and performance Ideal Candidate Profile: Efficient pediatric provider with strong clinical decision-making Excellent communicator with families and caregivers Experience serving diverse or underserved pediatric populations Adaptable and comfortable in structured, high-volume settings HireNow Package Salary: $230,000 – $300,144 base Location: Onsite in Sacramento, CA Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Benefits: Up to $10,000 relocation assistance Student loan repayment programs (NHSC, SLRP, PSLF) Medical, dental, vision insurance 20 PTO days + 8 holidays + 5 sick days 403(b) with 100% match up to 4% 5 CME days + CME reimbursement Integrated telehealth within daily workflow HireNow Staffing Disclaimer HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this role.
