Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and triage pediatric patients presenting with emergency conditions. Effectively diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric emergencies and acute illnesses. Perform necessary medical procedures to stabilize and treat patients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Maintain open and empathetic communication with patients’ families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up care. Adhere to private healthcare policies, protocols, and standards distinct to the private sector setting. Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of Pediatrics residency. Previous experience in pediatric emergency care, preferably within private hospitals. Strong clinical skills with proficiency in pediatric emergency procedures. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse patient populations and families. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced emergency setting. Commitment to confidentiality, patient-centered care, and adherence to private sector healthcare standards. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems commonly used in private healthcare facilities.
