SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric ER physician to join the private healthcare sector team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional emergency medical care to pediatric patients in a private hospital setting. You will provide timely assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for children experiencing urgent medical conditions, ensuring the highest standards of care in a patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and triage pediatric patients presenting with emergency conditions. Effectively diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric emergencies and acute illnesses. Perform necessary medical procedures to stabilize and treat patients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Maintain open and empathetic communication with patients’ families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up care. Accurately document all patient interactions and care details within the electronic medical record system. Participate in continuing medical education and hospital quality improvement initiatives. Adhere to private healthcare policies, protocols, and standards distinct to the private sector setting. Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of Pediatrics residency. Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics or Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Valid medical license to practice within the private healthcare sector jurisdiction. Previous experience in pediatric emergency care, preferably within private hospitals. Strong clinical skills with proficiency in pediatric emergency procedures. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse patient populations and families. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced emergency setting. Commitment to confidentiality, patient-centered care, and adherence to private sector healthcare standards. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems commonly used in private healthcare facilities.
