Responsibilities: Process and monitor client deposits, withdrawals, and transfers making sure they are carried out as per relevant regulations and guidelines Update the CRM and Platform systems with relevant information Communicate with the Back Office Manager if any issues arise Help to perform a timely investigation of any client requests/complaints Assist Onboarding/Support teams in replying to client queries Work with the Compliance and Risk teams on specific client cases when necessary Conciliate with customers and service providers on payment issues via different channels Other ad-hoc duties as per management’s request Candidate Profile: Around 1 year of experience in payments, transactions, or a similar financial operations role Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel) University / College Degree in Business / Economics / Finance or any relevant field Previous experience communicating with clients is a plus.
