Interventional Pain Specialist – Ontario & Alberta (BH 620) Supervision and Immigration Support Available | Earning Potential: $1,000,000+ The Opportunity We are seeking Interventional Pain Specialists to join established and expanding interdisciplinary pain management clinics across Ontario and Alberta. With growing patient demand and long clinic waitlists, physicians will have immediate access to modern facilities, dedicated support staff, and the flexibility to shape their scope of practice. Multiple well-equipped, multidisciplinary clinics across Canada are looking to expand their physician teams. Role Highlights Perform a wide range of interventional pain management procedures, including fluoroscopy-guided and ultrasound-guided injections. High procedure volumes available for advanced interventions such as radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and cervical spine/neck procedures. Flexible practice design: consultations, interventional care, or independent medical evaluations (IMEs). Interdisciplinary collaboration with anesthesiologists, physiatrists, neurologists, orthopedic surgeons, family physicians, psychotherapists, nurses, MRTs, and allied health professionals. Typical clinic hours 8:00 am–4:00 pm with optional evenings/weekends. Administrative and referral support included to maximize clinical efficiency. Leadership opportunities and options to support expansion into underserved communities. Qualifications Medical Degree with postgraduate training and certification in a relevant specialty (Anesthesia, PM&R, Orthopedics, or Neurology etc.). Physician with training and certification from a Royal College of Canada approved jurisdiction may eligible for full licensing in Alberta. US Board Certified Physicians are eligible for an independent license in Ontario & Alberta. Physicians eligible through Royal College pathways (provisional, jurisdictional, or supervised license) encouraged to apply. Family Physicians/GPs with “change of scope” approval for pain intervention also welcome. Compensation / Overhead Fee-for-service model with competitive splits based on services provided.
