Position Overview We’re hiring a Operations Project Specialist to bridge the gap between customers, commissioning teams, factory operations, and service partners. You’ll support the execution of complex electrical distribution projects for data centers, hyper-scalers, oil & gas, clean power, and industrial clients. This is a customer-facing operations role where you’ll coordinate domestic manufacturing efforts, startup, and after-sales service efforts, manage timelines, communicate progress and keep everyone aligned throughout the equipment lifecycle. Ideal for someone who thrives on clarity, communication, and fast-moving infrastructure environments. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders, factory teams, and service partners. Manage technical execution of efforts in the field. Track project changes, spec updates, and approval timelines. Support service and spare parts proposals, field documentation, and equipment lifecycle management in collaboration with engineering. Provide technical support for internal teams, service providers, and customer technical inquiries in collaboration with Engineering. Travel to domestic and international manufacturing sites for coordination.
