On behalf of our customer, who is a growing iGaming company in the emerging markets, wee are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to lead and oversee online operations within their gambling and sports betting sector. The role is critical in driving business growth by designing and implementing a localized market strategy that aligns with business objectives. The ideal candidate will address all market-specific requirements while continuously improving customer experience across all channels. This position demands strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution. Main Responsibilities · Operational Management: Oversee and manage our online gaming operations across Mobile, Web, and Shops channels to ensure seamless performance. · Financial Oversight: Monitor P&L and OPEX to maximize operational efficiency and profitability. · Marketing and Brand Positioning: Develop and oversee marketing strategies and initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and drive customer engagement. · Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture strategic relationships to maximize revenue opportunities and market presence. · Growth Strategy: Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the company’s footprint and enhance business performance. · Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare, present, and discuss detailed operational and financial reports with stakeholders and management. · Performance Optimization: Enhance operational efficiency and performance by implementing best practices and innovative approaches · Executive Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly reports to top management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and actionable insights. Requirements Previous experience in the gambling industry, with a preference for exposure to African markets. Proven experience in a Commercial or Operations Manager role, demonstrating the ability to drive operational and business success. Strong financial background with proven expertise in managing budgets and overseeing financial operations. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Fluent in English. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical abilities with a focus on detail-oriented problem-solving while maintaining a strategic perspective. high degree of initiative, innovation, and the ability to work independently. Capacity to adapt readily to a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
