Postion: Onboarding Manager About the Company The company is a new, on-demand services platform offering innovative solutions for businesses and individuals seeking reliable cleaners, installation engineers, and handymen. With an app developed and legalities in place, we have positioned ourselves as a key player in the O2O (Online to Offline) service space. Operating from the centrally located office in Phuket, we are on a mission to provide quick, efficient, and tailored on-demand solutions that help users manage their daily tasks seamlessly. About the Role The Onboarding Manager will oversee the acquiring and onboarding of service providers. This hands-on role involves driving business growth, optimizing processes, and collaborating with co-founders to scale the company in the O2O market. Responsibilities Recruitment and Sourcing: Identify and target potential service partners through cold calling, client visits, networking, and referrals Represent us to large service-provider companies (e.g., air-conditioning service providers with multiple subsidiaries) Sales Pitch & Negotiation: Explain proposition value, product offerings, and partnership benefits to potential service providers Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process of new partners (technicians/cleaners/landscapers), from document verification to account setup Account Activation: Ensure partners are fully activated and ready to begin transacting on the platform Support Troubleshooting: Address partner queries and provide basic technical support during onboarding to ensure a smooth setup experience Solid interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders Maintain ongoing relationships with onboarded vendors to encourage platform engagement and performance Qualifications 2 - 5 years of experience in vendor onboarding, partner acquisition, or other B2B relationship management roles Proven ability to manage B2B relationships and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders Tech-comfortable: able to quickly learn app interfaces and explain them to others Self-starter with a sense of ownership and maturity, able to drive initiatives with minimal supervision Comfortable working in a startup environment with a fast-moving, collaborative culture Strong organizational and multitasking skills Willingness to travel locally in Phuket for partner meetings when required Experience in hospitality, service industry, or app-based services is a plus Language Proficiency Fluent in both Thai and English Benefits Competitive salary range (starting from THB 40,000) Relocation budget for non-local candidates Mileage reimbursement for work travel 2 days off per week Public Holidays and 11 annual leaves per year Performance related bonus Opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced startup environment Work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial atmosphere Flexible and open company culture with a strong focus on teamwork and innovation Working Conditions Full-time, 100% office-based in Central Phuket, Bypass Road (opposite Lotus, close to Phuket Town) Standard working hours with flexibility based on project needs Fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative work environment
