The business works closely with a broad network of developers and provides consultants with structured lead generation, marketing support, and access to high-value investment opportunities. Drive off-plan sales across 20+ active developer partners , with exposure to consistent new launches and high-value transactions . The platform operates with MD-led lead generation , transparent distribution, and a performance-driven, politics-free environment . This role is suited to an Off-Plan Property Consultant who understands the UAE new-launch market, is confident advising investors, and wants to operate in an environment where performance is supported with real resources, not empty promises. Key Responsibilities Advise investors and end-users on off-plan property opportunities across Dubai and Abu Dhabi Present new launches, payment plans, and ROI-driven investment strategies Guide clients through the full purchase journey, from reservation to contract signing Build and maintain strong relationships with developer partners and investor clients Stay up to date on new launches, pricing trends, and market opportunities Achieve and exceed agreed monthly sales targets Represent the business professionally at client meetings and industry events Requirements 2+ years of experience in UAE real estate (off-plan experience strongly preferred) Proven ability to close property transactions RERA registered or able to register quickly Strong presentation, negotiation, and client advisory skills Highly motivated, disciplined, and results-driven Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi Fluency in English is required; additional languages are always a strong advantage What’s on Offer Competitive commission structure on off-plan sales Structured and transparent lead distribution Performance-based marketing support Full administrative, CRM, and marketing infrastructure Employment visa and health insurance provided RERA support, company laptop, and company phone included Professional onboarding and ongoing training Opportunity to work with premium developers and serious investors
