About this role
Looking for a motivated admin, with drive and passion to add and infuse energy in the facility. We currently have open positions in the following states: NJ, WY, MO, IL, PA Qualifications of Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA): Minimum of 2 year as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT Current Nursing Home Administrator License. Prior experience in staff development (i.e.: hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, and delegation) Ability to handle multiple priorities A proven track record in the census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses Competent in organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Relocation assistance Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Would you be able to relocate for this position?
