As a Norwegian-Speaking Player Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting Norwegian-speaking players by providing timely, empathetic, and effective support. You will work closely with the team to enhance the player experience and contribute to the community’s satisfaction. Your Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality support to Norwegian-speaking players via chat, email, and other communication platforms. Investigate and resolve player issues promptly and professionally. Gather and communicate player feedback to relevant teams to help improve game features and customer support processes. Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support workflows and player satisfaction. Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base content. Fluency in Norwegian is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
