Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is looking for a Norwegian Speaking Helpdesk Support Agent to join our dedicated support team. This role is perfect for individuals who are tech-savvy and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. As a Helpdesk Support Agent, you will assist our Norwegian-speaking clients by addressing their queries and resolving their technical issues efficiently. Responsibilities Provide top-notch helpdesk support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat channels. Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems related to software, hardware, and applications. Accurately document all customer inquiries and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system. Guide clients on product usage, features, and best practices for optimal performance. Collaborate with other support team members to escalate complex issues when needed. Monitor ticket progress and ensure timely follow-up for issue resolution. Keep up-to-date with product changes and emerging technologies to enhance support quality. Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, is required. Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues effectively. Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. Proficient in using helpdesk software and ticketing systems. Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to learning and upgrading technical knowledge.
