Stay updated on company products and services to ensure precise information is provided to clients. Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer service or relevant support roles is preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
