Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone communications. Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, order processing, returns, and payment methods. Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency. Accurately manage and process customer orders from start to finish. Stay current on product offerings, promotions, and company procedures. Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the overall customer service experience. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate follow-up. Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce roles is advantageous. Strong enthusiasm for e-commerce and awareness of online shopping trends. Exceptional communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Experience with customer support applications and CRM systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage inquiries in a fast-paced setting. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with an eye for detail.
