Investigate reported concerns thoroughly, analyzing data to make informed and effective decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust safety protocols and policies. Prepare detailed reports on safety incidents and trends to support continuous improvement efforts. Stay up-to-date with emerging digital threats and contribute to proactive risk mitigation strategies. Engage with users and stakeholders to promote awareness of digital safety best practices. Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration and user engagement. Familiarity with digital content management systems and online safety tools. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
