Responsibilities Deliver exemplary support to Norwegian-speaking corporate clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. Handle inquiries regarding corporate accounts, product information, and service-related issues effectively. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Inform corporate customers about company products and services to maximize their satisfaction and engagement. Record all customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting. Collaborate with sales and technical support teams to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently. Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements. Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a corporate or B2B context. Strong understanding of corporate customer requirements and a professional approach to service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with customer service applications and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
