Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to relevant teams. Provide feedback and insights on content trends to improve moderation processes. Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance content moderation workflows. Stay informed on company policies and best practices regarding content moderation and community engagement. Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently. Excellent communication skills to clearly convey moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion. Familiarity with digital platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
