Your Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients. Assist customers with online banking inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution. Maintain professionalism and patience when handling customer concerns. Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer experience. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with banking products and service standards. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your application. A minimum B2 level in English Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience in banking customer service or related fields is an advantage.
