Your Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients. Assist customers with inquiries related to FinTech products and services. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude. Document customer interactions accurately to support continuous improvement. Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in training to stay up to date with FinTech product developments and customer service best practices. Relocate to Greece with full support provided by the company for a smooth transition. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your application. A minimum of level B2 in English. Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within FinTech or financial services, is an advantage but not mandatory. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
