What You Will Do This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join an established team of physicians and APPs Call structure: TBA (Shift work model combining days, nights, and weekends to average 40 hours per week for full-time) Practice setting: Inpatient (Level 1 and Level 2 nurseries, with potential for low-acuity pediatric beds in the future) Access to CPN and Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM) EMR systems, seamless neonatologist collaboration at the Level IV NICU, and advanced clinical equipment for CPAP management and regular newborn procedures Employed position within a nonprofit health system Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration Provide high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic care for newborns across multiple regional nurseries, performing routine clinical procedures such as circumcisions, lumbar punctures, line placements, and intubations as required. Collaborate effectively with maternal-fetal medicine specialties, regional neonatologists, and case management to optimize cost-effective treatment pathways and coordinate comprehensive discharge planning.
