Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service to Danish-speaking clients via multiple communication channels. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain satisfaction. Maintain a courteous and professional attitude in all customer interactions. Record customer interactions accurately within the company’s CRM system. Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed service goals.
