Job Description Neurologist (TBI) - Telehealth Texas | $350K + Productivity Bonuses | Hybrid + Telehealth In-person requirement: 1 week per month New Grads Welcome Four-day workweek. Zero call. Join a multidisciplinary team treating patients with traumatic brain injury in a hybrid in-person/telehealth model. You bring the clinical expertise — chiropractors, interventional pain, neuro rehab techs, and MAs handle the rest. Three-day weekends. Every week. The Schedule 4 days per week (flexible — choose your day off) 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. CST on clinic days or Telehealth Hybrid model: in-person evaluations + telehealth follow-ups No weekends. No on-call. Ever. In-person requirement: 1 week per month The Clinical Setup Multidisciplinary practice focused on traumatic brain injury and post-accident neurology Embedded team: chiropractors, interventional pain physicians, neuro rehab techs, mental health professionals, and medical assistants Primarily Personal Injury Protection (PIP) patient population — predictable patient flow, fewer insurance battles Modern EMR with telehealth integration The Money $350,000 base salary Productivity-based bonuses on top based on future date Sign-on and Relocation assistance Family medical, dental, and vision with HSA Malpractice with tail coverage $3,000 annual CME allowance 120 hours PTO + 9 company recognized holidays Licensing fees covered, 401(k) with match, life insurance, short- and long-term disability Employee assistance program (mental health support) What We’re Looking For Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology Texas medical license (preferred — or willing to obtain) Genuine interest in TBI and post-injury neurology New graduates strongly encouraged to apply Why This Role Works If you trained in neurology because you wanted to think deeply about complex cases — not chase RVUs and answer pages at 2 a.m. — this role is the antidote. Four-day weeks, hybrid telehealth, a coordinated team that absorbs the operational work, and patients who actually need a specialist who listens. The PIP model also means predictable reimbursement without the prior-auth grind.
