What you will do Join Johnson Controls’ global Network Security Operations team and play a key role in protecting a large, complex enterprise network. You’ll be the go‑to expert for Zero Trust network access, with a strong focus on Forescout NAC, while also owning parts of our Infoblox DDI environment. This is a hands‑on operational role where your work directly improves network visibility, security posture, and user experience across the business. How you will do it Primary focus: Forescout NAC , Device Classification and Segmentation Own day‑to‑day operations of the Forescout NAC platform globally Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability. Resolve network access incidents (802.1X, RADIUS, MAB, Guest access). Identify, classify, and manage the lifecycle of 30,000+ unmanaged, IoT, and OT devices. Enforce Zero Trust policies, including: MAC address whitelisting and exceptions “Semi‑Trust” access rules Network segmentation (VLANs, ACLs) Secondary focus: Infoblox DDI and Automation Act as platform owner for Infoblox Universal DDI (BloxOne). Manage virtual appliances across Azure, AWS, and on‑prem environments. Implement proactive monitoring and platform resilience. Execute DNS changes and enable security features such as RPZ and DNS Traffic Control. Work closely with the Global Network team within a clear RACI model (DNS operations only; DHCP/IPAM consumption). What we look for Required Hands‑on operational experience with Forescout NAC . Solid understanding of 802.1X, RADIUS, MAB, and core networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching). Experience working in ITIL‑based operations (Incident, Change, Problem). Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to create clear operational documentation for L1/L2 teams. Preferred Forescout certifications (FSCA / FSCP). Experience with Infoblox Universal DDI (BloxOne). Enterprise DNS and DNS security experience (RPZ, DTC). Exposure to Zero Trust architecture and IoT/OT environments. Automation experience (ServiceNow CMDB, PowerApps, Python, APIs). Our salary and benefits The initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of €2,261 – €3,390 per month, plus a 13th month salary applied after your first 6 months in the job.
