Job Responsibilities Conduct teaching duties as assigned by the school Lead the construction and day-to-day management of the junior high division teaching team, motivating staff and ensuring consistent teaching quality Organize and support the school’s IB MYP authorization and evaluation processes, including successful preparation for official IBO visits/inspections Ensure teaching plans and curriculum implementation align with IB MYP philosophy and can be delivered smoothly and effectively Organize regular teaching and research activities within the division, and support the planning and development of new courses Establish and manage a training and induction system for both local and expatriate teachers Monitor and supervise teaching quality, and lead programme quality assessment and evaluation processes Actively participate in curriculum optimization, curriculum R&D, and teaching improvement initiatives in line with the group and school’s education development plans Work closely with the campus on operational management matters such as teaching administration, student discipline, and safety/accident prevention Maintain strong cross-department collaboration, supporting school-wide priorities such as recruitment and enrollment activities to promote overall development Carry out other duties assigned by supervisors Bachelor’s degree or above (Education or a related field preferred) Teaching qualification such as QTS / PGCE / TEFL / national teaching certification At least 6 years of teaching experience, including 3+ years of IB Coordinator and/or leadership/management experience Monthly salary of 30,000 to 40,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Annual flight allowance of up to 10,000 RMB Relocation allowance of up to 2,000 RMB Medical insurance arranged by the school Free lunch and shuttle bus from designated station Christmas, Chinese New Year and summer holidays Work visa provided Laptop provided by the school
