Job Description Job Title: Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon (Full-Time or Part-Time) Location: Sarasota Schedule: 3 to 5 Days/Week | No Evenings or Weekends Compensation: Base $400k–$450k + Tiered Bonus (Annual Take-Home $800k–$1M) We are seeking a fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon to join a well-established, physician-led dermatology practice known for its patient-first philosophy, ethical approach, and exceptional long-term team stability. With no private equity involvement and no pressure for high-volume turnover , this practice offers a unique opportunity to focus on delivering high-quality, personalized care. This position is open to both full-time (up to 5 days/week) and part-time (minimum 3 days/week) candidates. New fellowship graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $400,000 – $450,000 Bonus Structure: Tiered productivity bonus (40–50% of collections) First-Year Take-Home Potential: $800,000 – $1,000,000+ Relocation Reimbursement: Available after 90 days CME: $2,500 annually Vacation: 4 weeks PTO + sick leave Benefits: Medical, dental, vision 401(k)/403(b) with employer contributions Short & long-term disability, Life insurance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Licensing and credentialing fees covered Practice Highlights: Privately owned and operated – no private equity Conservative, patient-centered surgical approach Word-of-mouth referral model – minimal marketing needed Many mid-level providers have been with the group for 15+ years Supportive and collaborative clinical team Position Details: Schedule: Full-time (M–F, 8 AM–5 PM) or Part-time (minimum 3 days/week) Setting: Outpatient only – no hospital or after-hours call Cases: Minimum 8 Mohs cases/day, maximum 12–15 Patient Population: Primarily geriatric with high skin cancer prevalence Candidate Requirements: Fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC not required for new grads) New graduates welcome Visa sponsorship available Partnership Opportunity: Partnership track typically after 3 years.
