Access to our Wellness Coach Program What You'll Do Setup and operate CNC machines Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and process documentation Select tooling and make machine offset adjustments Perform first-piece in-process and final inspections Hold tight tolerances and maintain superior surface finishes Troubleshoot machining issues and identify process improvements Perform routine machine maintenance and upkeep Equipment You May Work With at Acero Mazak Integrex 100 and 200 with lower turrets Mazak Variaxis 5-Axis Machining Centers Star Swiss-Type CNC Lathes Advanced multi-axis CNC machining and turning platforms Qualifications Minimum 2 years CNC machining experienced preferred Ability to independently setup and operate CNC equipment Blueprint reading proficiency Experience using precision measuring equipment Understand of tooling offsets feeds speeds and machining fundamentals Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred Qualifications Experience operating setting up or troubleshooting Mazak machining centers, Swiss style lathes or comparable CNC equipment Experience with Mazak Integrex, Mazak Variaxis Star Swiss equipment or similar advanced CNC platforms is highly desirable but not required Mazatrol experience is a plus but not required Medical device aerospace defense or other precision manufacturing experience preferred Join a Team Driven to Perfection Acero Precision is an industry leading medical device manufacturer dedicated to precision quality innovation and continuous improvement.
