About this role

About the Job

Our client is a high-growth, innovative technology enterprise scaling its digital footprint and expanding into new commercial verticals. We are seeking a creative, data-informed, and versatile Marketing Content Specialist. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our multi-channel brand narrative. You will sit at the intersection of creative storytelling, product marketing, and growth mechanics—transforming complex industry insights and product capabilities into high-converting, deeply engaging content across web, email, social, and sales enablement channels.

Why Join Us

  • Total Narrative Ownership: Take the reins of our creative content strategy. You will have a highly visible platform to pitch bold campaign ideas, launch new media formats, and directly shape how the market perceives our brand.
  • Full Visa Sponsorship Ecosystem: Join a firm with a proven track record of nurturing global talent, offering dedicated internal legal support to ensure seamless OPT validations, extensions, and H1-B application processing.
  • Modern Cross-Functional Track: Collaborate directly with Product Managers, SEO Specialists, Graphic Designers, and Demand Generation leads, broadening your expertise across the entire modern marketing tech stack.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Content Creation: Draft, edit, and optimize compelling, crisp copy across a diverse range of formats, including long-form blogs, authoritative whitepapers, email marketing workflows, landing pages, and social media campaigns.
  • Market & Keyword Alignment: Partner with SEO specialists to conduct regular content gap analyses, tailoring copy to rank organically for high-intent search terms while retaining a distinct, premium brand voice.
  • Sales Enablement Production: Collaborate with product and sales teams to build impactful collateral—such as customer case studies, product one-pagers, presentation decks, and battle cards—that accelerates the sales pipeline.
  • Editorial Calendar Management: Own the day-to-day operations of the global content calendar, ensuring all collateral is thoroughly researched, edited, and distributed seamlessly across channels on schedule.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Audit content engagement metrics (such as click-through rates, organic traffic patterns, and lead conversions) to identify what resonates, continuously iterating to maximize content ROI.

Requirements

  • Education & Professional Literacy: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a highly related creative/business discipline.
  • Professional Experience: 2 to 4+ years of proven experience as a Content Specialist, Copywriter, or Marketing Communications professional—ideally within a fast-scaling tech environment, B2B SaaS company, or leading digital agency.
  • Stunning Writing Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional copywriting, layout conceptualization, and an ability to translate technical or dense subject matter into clean, scannable, and engaging copy.
  • Ecosystem & Tooling Command: Practical, hands-on familiarity with modern content management systems (such as WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot), basic SEO tools (SEMrush or Ahrefs), and collaborative project environments (Notion, Asana, or Jira).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic visual editing capabilities using modern design software (such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite) to streamline asset coordination with design teams.
  • Foundational understanding of email automation engines (HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
  • Experience adjusting content for cross-border localization or managing multi-regional distribution strategies.
