Responsibilities : The Manufacturing Engineer Team Leader / Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the development and support of all staff and processes in the department to ensure maximum availability of the equipment to meet production needs while ensuring all administrative procedures are followed. Experience in a supervisory or leadership role (i.e., Engineering Manager, Engineering Superintendent, Engineering Supervisor) Excellent project management skills Ability to build, inspire, motivate and mentor employees Experience with CAD, NX Design Software, Excel, Word Summary : Are you one that is willing to engage and listen to others to drive real change?
