This leadership role is responsible for the strategic oversight, operational management, and continued development of services that support the health, safety, and well-being of our workforce, community partners, and occupational health clients. Hours/Shift: Full-Time/Days Position Highlights: As the Manager of Occupational & Employee Health, you will: Provide leadership and oversight for Occupational and Employee Health operations. Design, implement, and enhance employee and occupational health services that support organizational needs and business growth. Lead quality improvement initiatives using evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making. Partner with organizational leaders, physicians, finance teams, insurers, and community stakeholders to expand services and improve outcomes. Promote a culture of workplace health, safety, injury prevention, and employee well-being. Oversee the workers' compensation program, including case management, return-to-work processes, and injury trend analysis. Develop and implement programs focused on total worker health, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance. Educate and advise employees, leaders, and community partners regarding occupational health risks, prevention strategies, and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for new services, program development, and operational improvements. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program or nursing diploma program Licensure: Current and unrestricted Arizona RN license or compact state RN license Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare environment Certifications: BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross First Aid certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Work Requirements: Ability to sit 6 to 7 hours daily. Ability to speak clearly in front of a group of people and remain calm during all interactions and demands of the position. Must be able to distinguish appropriate color.
