Why join us? 💰 Competitive salary : 50,000 – 65,000 € 🏠 Support in finding accommodation and German language training . 📄 Full relocation assistance, administrative support 📦 The company covers your German tax return for the first year . 📌 Permanent German contract + long‑term projects ⚙️ Team-building activities and regular technical follow‑ups 🌍 Multicultural, inclusive, and innovative environment What you will do Manage and coordinate maintenance activities for industrial facilities and infrastructure Supervise external service providers (e.g. cranes, elevators, technical installations) Prepare maintenance, inspection and test plans and ensure their execution Handle supplier management, quotations, technical clarifications and invoice control Support maintenance planning and controlling processes Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements Coordinate expert inspections and audits of technical systems Monitor KPIs related to maintenance performance and plant reliability Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance and operational processes What we’re looking for: Degree or technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or similar field Experience in maintenance, facilities, or industrial plant environments Experience working with external suppliers and contractors Knowledge of maintenance planning, inspections and technical documentation Basic experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus Strong organizational and coordination skills Experience in project coordination is valuable Language & eligibility C1 English level – mandatory German is a strong plus (B1–C1 preferred) Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country ✈ Ready to take off?
