Maintenance Manager Full Time New Holland, PA, US Today Requisition ID: 1201 Apply Join our team as a Maintenance Manager to provide leadership and direction for all maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production equipment, utilities, and facility systems while supporting overall plant performance. A Day in the Life | Responsibilities We Trust You With: Plan, implement, and sustain a preventative maintenance program for all equipment Direct and participate in necessary repairs to ensure safe and efficient operations Evaluate maintenance needs and recommend new equipment or design improvements Maintain plant systems including air, refrigeration, steam, and HVAC Ensure all regulatory reports and certifications are completed (inspections, environmental, safety, etc.) Coordinate insurance inspections, environmental audits, and energy audits Enforce safety rules and take action to address hazards Maintain strong housekeeping standards in maintenance work areas Manage maintenance supplies and parts to minimize waste and loss Evaluate maintenance requests and determine repair vs. replacement solutions Conduct hazard analyses for new equipment, processes, and materials Support and enforce safe work practices and policies Oversee training and development for maintenance employees Ensure compliance with GMPs and all plant policies Support flexible scheduling, including overtime/weekends as needed Perform other duties as assigned What You Must Know | Education and Experience: 4-year degree or relevant experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment (CPG preferred) 7–10 years of supervisory experience 5+ years of progressive maintenance management experience in a food processing environment Strong computer skills Your Working Relationships | Leadership: Directly supervises maintenance team members Leads, motivates, and develops employees Assigns work, monitors performance, and ensures accountability Promotes knowledge sharing and continuous improvement Collaborates cross-functionally across departments Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Relocation assistance Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Back Apply Copyright © 2026, ADP, Inc.
