Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional logistical support and customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions using CRM systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay updated on logistics industry trends, best practices, and procedures to provide informed assistance. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential. Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with logistics software and CRM platforms is an advantage.
