Your Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to player inquiries from Lithuanian-speaking gamers via chat, email, and social media. Investigate and resolve player issues efficiently and empathetically. Collect player feedback and communicate insights to relevant teams to enhance game features and support quality. Maintain accurate documentation of player interactions and support tickets. Work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve support processes and player experiences. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support knowledge base materials. Fluency in Lithuanian and English is required.
