As a Latvian-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will engage directly with players from Latvian-speaking communities, providing prompt and professional support. Your Key Responsibilities Offer timely and empathetic support to Latvian-speaking players via multiple channels such as chat, email, and social media. Investigate and resolve player inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve game features and player support processes based on player feedback. Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all player interactions and support activities. Contribute to the creation and continual improvement of knowledge base materials and support documentation. Fluency in Latvian is required; proficiency in English is preferred. Clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle players professionally and empathetically.
