Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking a Latvian-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers a unique opportunity to ensure the safety and integrity of digital platforms for Latvian-speaking users within a stimulating international work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring user-generated content, identifying potential safety risks, supporting users, and collaborating with various teams to uphold digital trust and safety policies. Key Responsibilities Review content to ensure compliance with trust and safety guidelines tailored to Latvian-speaking communities. Address safety-related issues and provide assistance to users in Latvian. Work closely with internal teams to improve safety protocols and guidelines. Analyze trends, prepare reports, and contribute to ongoing improvements in digital safety. Stay informed on the latest developments in industry regulations and best practices. Fluency in Latvian (spoken and written) is essential. Good proficiency in English is preferred. Clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
