Job Description Shenzhen Kindergarten is a well-established English-speaking kindergarten and pre-school with multiple locations across Shenzhen, including Nanshan and Futian districts. For young learners. Position Overview The Kindergarten Classroom Teacher will lead English instruction in a bilingual classroom setting. The role involves preparing lesson plans daily, weekly, and monthly bases, completing assessments and portfolios, communicating with parents, and working closely with Chinese teachers. The teacher will also assist in coordinating and organizing special school events. This is a full-time position for the 2026-2027 school year starting at the end of August 2026. Working Hours • Monday to Friday (5 working days per week) • 40 hours per week • Break details to be confirmed by the school Class Structure • Grade level: Pre-Nursery to Kindergarten • Teaching team per class: o English Speaking Kindergarten Teacher o Chinese Teacher Requirements • English speaker • B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education), M.Ed. (Master of Education), or B.E.C.E (Bachelor of Early Childhood Education) preferred • B.A. or B.Sc . accepted with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience OR a TESOL/TEFL Certificate • Trained and qualified teachers holding a teaching certificate in their home country are preferred • Eligible for Chinese Foreign Expert Certificate, Residence Permit, and Z-Visa Benefits • Salary: Starting from 16,740 CNY per month (Bachelor Degree) or 19,860 CNY per month (Bachelor/Master of Education + Teaching Qualifications) after Chinese income tax; actual salary calculated based on qualifications and relevant experience • Housing allowance: 8,000 CNY per month • Performance bonus: Up to 10 percent of total net salary of the contract • Medical insurance: China Social Security Insurance • Holidays: 48 paid school holidays per academic school year, plus 6 sick leave days (4 paid, 2 non-paid), plus 5 non-paid casual leave days, plus 1 paid health-wellness day • Annual travel allowance • Breakfast and lunch provided during school days • Visa: Chinese Foreign Expert Certificate and Residence Permit (Z-Visa) • Period of service: 1 academic school year • Starting date: End of August 2026 Attachments English Speaking kindergarte...pdf View Download
