Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients. Manage acute and chronic pediatric illnesses effectively. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior pediatric staff and trainees. Engage with patients' families to educate and support health management plans. Medical degree with completion of Pediatric residency training. Board certification in Pediatrics is required. Excellent clinical expertise in pediatric medicine and patient care. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact well with children and families. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in mentoring junior staff. Committed to continuous professional development and knowledge of latest pediatric healthcare developments.
