Junior Specialist Pediatrics - Leading Health Care Facility

The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive pediatric care, including the diagnosis, treatment, and management of children's health conditions. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and engagement with families to promote child health and wellbeing are key aspects of this position. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients. Manage acute and chronic pediatric illnesses effectively. Deliver preventive pediatric healthcare services such as immunizations and developmental screenings. Work closely with healthcare professionals across disciplines to ensure holistic care. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior pediatric staff and trainees. Engage with patients' families to educate and support health management plans. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and pediatric research projects. Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to regulatory standards. Medical degree with completion of Pediatric residency training. Board certification in Pediatrics is required. Minimum of 5 years' experience in pediatric clinical practice, preferably within a leading healthcare facility. Valid medical license for the jurisdiction of practice. Excellent clinical expertise in pediatric medicine and patient care. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact well with children and families. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in mentoring junior staff. Committed to continuous professional development and knowledge of latest pediatric healthcare developments. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
