Group Corporate Credit Analysis (GCCA) is the Internal Rating Agency of RBI. We are responsible for analyzing all types of corporate customers in a broad range of industries, including also complex leveraged finance transactions, and finally assigning a risk-adequate rating to all corporate customers of the bank. In addition to that we support the further development of the rating models for corporates and are deeply involved in the regulatory monitoring of these models. We provide support and guidance for the corporate credit analysis departments in the network units (NWUs) to guarantee a harmonized rating approach all over the RBI Group. In this job you play an important role in the assessment of the risk of our corporate customers and provide essential input for the further risk decision making process. Please note that this role is limited to a duration of 1 year. Your role at RBI: Ensure accurate spreading of financial data in accordance with the rules defined in the Rating Manual for customers across a wide range of industries Prepare financial analysis reports by identifying risk‑relevant items Develop risk‑adequate proposals for the final rating and set appropriate signals in the early‑warning system and fraud prevention tools Participate in selected customer meetings, including presenting rating models and results Provide intensive support for customers in Special Exposures Management Define tailor‑made financial covenants by identifying key financial risk factors and monitor compliance with these covenants Contribute to department‑related projects in support of the organization’s transformation towards a data‑driven approach Your core competencies: Degree in a business-related field (e.g., business administration, economics, finance) and/or relevant experience in corporate credit analysis (bank) or audit Knowledge of financial statements and accounting standards, including IFRS Basic understanding of banking regulation (e.g., Basel II/III) MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to structure analyses and present findings clearly in English A proactive and structured approach to work, with the ability to deliver tasks within agreed timelines Nice to have: Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, or Python Language skills: Spanish and French are a plus Industry knowledge (any sector focus) What´s in it for you: Flexible work week: Flexible hours, work-from-home options from Austria, and 30 days/year remote work from any EU country.
